By accessing or using EzSchools, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a school or institution, you confirm you have the authority to bind that institution.
EzSchools is provided on a per-student, per-month subscription basis: ₹5/student (up to 200 students), ₹3/student (201 – 500 students), ₹2/student (500+ students). All modules are included in every subscription. New schools receive a free 15-day trial. Subscriptions can be purchased for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and are non-refundable for the billed period.
Your school's data belongs to you. You may export students, fees, marks and reports to Excel/CSV at any time. We never sell or share your data with third parties. On termination, we provide a full export on request.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user credentials issued to your staff, students and parents. EzSchools provides role-based permissions, session controls and audit logs; the school is responsible for configuring roles appropriately.
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, or storing unlawful content. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse.
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
EzSchools is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
